Does anyone know what happened at the end of tonight's PL? I saw up to where the estate agent came to value the house so don't know what he valued it for or what it sold for (if it sold). Did anyone see it??

yeah i saw it - they had 3 valuations - £725K, £775K and £850K - they ended up spending £180K on it so they needed to get at least 800 for it. It did look great at the end, but to date they haven't got a decent offer for it

Valued at 725, 770, and 850,000. As usual it still hadn't sold at the end.

we did too - had to watch ruddy football and 5-10 mins of USA Election so skyplus missed the last 5 mins . . . I was curious to see the end as the 6 month preggars woman was really Wonder Woman surely? what with her partner being away for a chunk of the month and managing the project . . .

I would stay in the house personally - take time out and enjoy baby, do you think they will be on that programme in a few years? the one where one of them decides they may need to consider working part time - I forget the name now . . .

When did Sarah Beeny have her baby? She seemed to jump from being hugely pregnant to suddenly not being pregnant back to being pregnant again. It was a gorgeous house, I'd buy it if I had the money, which sadly I don't

would you in a basement ks? in a house built in 1878?

The house was simply gorgeous. I was SO surprised when they listened to what SB said about the kitchen etc. From the clip at the end of the programme, it looks like next week's developers don't though!

They made all the comments about the house prices in Hastings being too low to support the renovated house but made no comment on how it would have cost much more to buy in the first place had it been elsewhere.

They didn't sell it, but if they want a housesitter would be happy to help out! What a lovely, lovely house. And they LISTENED to SB!! Wasn't that absolutely the most shocking thing you've ever seen in the series.
Actually I think I annoyed dh by sighing wistfully throughout and saying "Oh, it's SO lovely" every five minutes.

Gorgeous house, although not very child friendly! remind me never to buy a listed house - can't believe how much everything cost!!!!
Linnet,we wondered about Beeny and her belly too (and her ginormous boobs!) - She does make me laugh though, when things go wrong she's soooo smug and I told you so!!!

I've found it Here - a guide price of £775.

Is that a first where they actually take Sarahs advice, usually they end up saying 'thanks but you don't know what you're talking about, I AM going to do it my way.

Quite amusing when they went into the kitchen shop with them both pregnant and all in black, they looked liked twins!!!!

If they sell at 775 I think they'll lose some won't they?
