House: One Day One Room - what did you think?

Anyone watch House last night? I thought Hugh Laurie was fabulous as usual but what was with the Cameron/old man storyline? This episode was a love/hate one in America (yes, I read the House forums )so would be interested to hear what fellow House lovers thought. Off to work now - will check in to see later today!

thought it was relatively weak and slightly up-its-own-arse but still worth watching

I like the medical detective work in the background so its a bit of a shame there wasn't any

think the scriptwriters went on a 'lets round out our characters' quite unnecessarily

It did seem a bit of a cop-out if the stuff House was saying about his father was true - almost as if the writers chickened out of having a character who was just plain awkward - there has to be a deep psychological reason for it. And there wasn't anywhere near enough for Chase and Foreman to do!
