I know it's a sh*tey telly night when DH suggests watching Marcus Brigstocke Meets Bellringers/Coast/a BBC4 show about 'photographing Britain' (he goes great guns on drunken pre-recording -- and the stuff he picks) and I can find no persuasive argument to the contrary

it's not all bad though. last night he made me watch a pre-recorded Andrew Marr history show, and now I know all about Stafford Cripps.
