So when do we have to be digital by?

I believe that they are working down the country, with us in the south having to be digital by 2012. I think you're up the top of the country aren't you, so I think you are soon! (within the next few years) As to why, I think its got something to do with them switching analogue off. Not much help, am I?

DO you get that they are practicing on the least populated areas?

Cumbria 1st
followed by Lancs/Wales/Devon& Cornwall

The reason I heard as to why they are choosing WHITEHAVEN was because of the position of the hills and that it was in a sort of valley by itself so it could be tested without stopping surrounding signals on regular tv

so a sort of positive reason not to mess up near neighbours to the switched off area

well we are on the border of BORDER and GRANADA but use Granada so the idea is they won't affect us?

Whats the reasoning behind the rest of the roll out? London etc being last
