Anyone else having problems with series link?

It hasn't worked for me all week, I've got a green arrow as normal when I press record but then it doesn't add the next episode to the planner. I've done a reset and rebuild with no joy and Sky aren't being particularly helpful (in that I just get cut off Hmm). Any ideas? Thanks Smile

Yes me, I was trying to record Quantum Leap something that was on in the afternoons when I wasn't around. I did the series link and it keeps telling me it's set but it doesn't record anything. I haven't managed to sort it out yet.

I'm not sure I can face phoning them again as the call handlers don't appear to have a clue how to fix it...one had me attempting to hold the backup button on the box, the sky button on the remote and the phone to my ear all at the same time...I did this for I would say at least 5 minutes waiting for some mythical light to appear. Nothing happened then she cut me off Hmm

It isn't working for me either.

I will phone sky and see if they can help, I love phoning sky because they are almost always Scottish and can understand every word I say Grin

Out of hours they have Indian accents, I guess they outsource overnight? I fb messaged them in the end and apparently they 'are aware of the issue' and 'working hard to fix it'. We'll see!
