Millionaire matchmaker is a guilty pleasure of mine. I have to say that I do not agree with patty's views on most things though.
She seems to think that only certain types are attractive to the opposite sex and does seem to want to mold people accordingly.
She encourages the guys to take charge, including ordering dinner and sending dates clothes for them to wear. If a bloke did that to me I'd freak out and think he was a total control freak.
A lot of the millionaires are total loons.

Another one who enjoys watching Patty and her team. Did anyone see this evening's one with the very strange 'Gummy Bear' man?

Love this programme! (It's actually the only thing I watch on tv Blush )

Patty has very few social skills IMHO and shouldn't be advising others. WHY do they take her seriously?...because she's a bully!

Yes he was rather strange, I had a slight giggle when they were giving him a spray tan and he was saying "i don't want to be orange and look like a pumpkin." Why does she insist on giving men spray tans?
as for the other guy, did he not realise how old the woman before he took her on the date? I mean if he was so focused on having a child statistically he would have needed a woman under 35.

Also her success rate does not seem to transpire to what is shown on screen, although they [robably only show the "challenging" clients as they have more entertainment value.
Did anyone see the "cougar" woman who ran out of the date screaming?

Also a huge guilty pleasure of mine! I've seen every single one ever since it started on Channel Random at 2am or something years ago. Great to see it on itv2 more recently.

I think its hugely entertaining. The thing is, having lived in the US and been engaged for a short time to an American man, I found things to be a lot different there than here and the whole 'he pays, opens doors, pulls out chairs, brings single red roses on the first date' etc, was seen as chivalrous rather than a bit cheesy. I'm sure its not like that everywhere with everyone but my experience was.

Yes, gummy man - realllly weird! Wind-tunnel Shana who ran off (wtf? I thought he was gorgeous!) and lost a Louboutin...love it! Roll on another series!

Yes Shana he might be older than what you're used to. but then again so are you for him, and less attractive considering he used to go out with heidi klum.

That women was horrible who ran away, even if a guy was disgusting on a blind date I would be polite and go through with it and she picked him!

Party obviously isn't as good as she thinks given she's 50 and not married. She has just met her latest men of POF and they have moved in after 7 months together and he gave her a promise ring despite her saying on show don't move in with a ring (engagement). She also treats her staff like shit!

I don't think she treats her staff like shit. They seemed very close on the review show.
