simpsons - which series??

ok i'm hoping someone on here will be able to help me.

one of my favourite simpsons episodes is where barney steals homers car and he ends up having to go to New York to get it back.

He ends up drinking to much crab juice and has to go in the twin towers to the toilet.

its just a funny epsiode which they dont show on tv obv since 9/11.

i'm placing an order with amazon and just wondered if it would be on a boxset but am unsure of what series its from. if anyone has a clue what i'm talking about or could have a look at any sets they may have i'd be v grateful
