What colour shoes, bag, fascinator would go with my dress?

if it fits, that is!

budget for shoes: £30-40.... have hideously wide feet (eee) so need to be from a fat peoples shop usually

Fab dress.

New Look have lots of wide fit shoes around the £20 mark here. Do you want flats/heels/sandals?

And what's it for? A smart wedding?

my sister's wedding

new look wide aren't wide enough....

I think I'll need heels and then I'll change into my flipflops at the evening do!

I was wondering whether to go with the main colours or pick out the green?

I have blonde hair and blue eyes... incase that helps

(ps, the bag will have to come from ebay cos I'm brassic now I've splashed out on that dress...)

Orange would be fine-there's orange in the centre of the flowers on the dress. Dp you like those? Evans have these amazing sequinned ones!

ooh they're sparkly! I need ones I can wear every day too though.... not that many trips out, you see!

I have incredibly wide feet (as distinct from very wide feet) and I can recommend anything from Hush Puppies who do fab shoes and are seemingly far wider than anyone else.

not many sizes left tho

HOWEVER! That's a maxi dress that will cover your feet for most of the time? Get some sparkly flip flops if you are struggling. I had some fab ones from M&S one year that would have been fab wedding gear.

As a fellow wide footer, I hate the thought of having to force feet into uncomfortable shoes, even for part of the day.

Matching bag would be too much, I think. I'd do a nude/cork/straw clutch bag with the orange shoes, and then do a pink/green hair thing.

Must go to bed now -DCs will be up again in about 10 mins-but will check in tomorrow.

Night.

Agree, no fascinator, plain coloured flower in hair if you have to have something. Love the colours of the dress!

Right, an October wedding. You def. can't have a fascinator anyway, even if you wanted to-it will prob rain and you look like a bedraggled cockerel.

Both these and these Ebay shoes look perfect.

With the pink pair, I'd do a gold bag, with the gold pair, a coloured bag-green, or teal, I think.

Your lovely face and fab dress will add more than enough interest-get a blow dry on the morning to have fab, glossy hair, and you'll (nearly) outshine the bride.

You won't need a necklace, but some pretty earrings could be good-get clips, then they won't irritate your ears.

I'd wear flats with a maxi. Has anyone linked these yet?
