I want to dress my baby as a baby

Anyone know where I can buy pretty, traditional, innocent, old-fashioned (get the picture?) baby clothes? Along the lines of The Little White Company... Everthing I see is in bold colours, with slogans and flippin' cars and tractors all over the place! DS is 3 months so am mainly looking for rompers - any ideas?

If you can afford it, Cath Kidston does pretty baby clothes for boys and girls that sweet and old fashioned. Vertbaudet does some nice stuff too. I agree Green Baby and People Tree do some nice baby stuff as well. And Gap's a mixed bag...it's not all lairy colours and tractors (although there's some of that). If you look at their romper suits/baby grows etc in packets they do soft, pale coloured, simple outfits.

My boy will be wearing Emile et bebe and petit blau for the first 18 months, lots of ebay gifts that haven't been worn etc.
Or Boots and M&S do nice simple baby blue outfits but only up to 6-9 months it seems.

Try Rachel Riley - lovely clothes for infants - bit pricey but they are beautifully made.
