They have khaki ones in the sale still. I have them in white and khaki. They are very flattering - with a mid-rise so no muffin top

Hi - I got a great white pair in Wallis, again not too low rise, sits nicely on the waist, and a good length. They also had them in navy and black. I bought them there and then even though it was -2 degrees outside and freezing cold because these types of trousers are always sold out by the time the good weather arrives! Good Luck!

Sorry everyone, here in france it seems to be the short fat bummed ladies that wear capris I do think you need to be over 5ft.4 and not pear shaped to get away with them!!

And wear them when it's hot not with badly matching boots and weird coats.

Ok style instructions received and understood. I looked in Gap but they are not in yet. The assistant said should be in around Easter time.
I plan to wear them with a decently long, fitted T-shirt ie to hip and Birkenstocks. Is this acceptable?

I think it depends on your style.

I like to fantasize that I am still 17 do a summer Riviera look a la Brigitte Bardot/Audrey Hepburn. Sort of channelling the 60s. Just the summer version of the rest of my "look".

I've got a friend who does them in your style and she looks great. I think you'll be ok.
