Rashy spots

Hi

Can anyone please advise me? My lo is almost a year old. When I was pregnant, my colleagues could always tell when I was feeling ill because I got a rashy 'flush' across both cheeks. Since having my lo, I randomly get rashy spots on just my right cheek now.

I cleanse, tone and moisturise with simple products and I can't see a pattern (except it's almost all my time now).

Can anyone advise me what they are most likely to be and how to get rid of them?
