They are completely different. Beauty flash balm is an instant pick me up which tightens and firms your skin making it look a bit brighter. High beam is a highlighter that you put on the top of your cheekbones and it gives you a subtle shimmer.

Not used High Beam but I am completely won over by BFB.

I have both, they aren't really the same.

High beam paints on a dewy finish wherever you want it (cheeks and browbone, they say on the blurb). Beauty flash balm is more of an overall face brightener.

Ask for both

High beam does give a younger look to your make up. A light shimmer. Lots of people rave about BFB but to be honest even though I have it I haven't noticed a massive difference if I am honest.

Is Flash Balm a primer? Or a moisturiser?

You use BFB on top of moisturiser. It just sort of tightens and freshens your face. I read somewhere that it's not designed to be used every day, just to give your face an extra boost a couple of times a week. I find that Monday mornings are a good time!
