What to wear on Christmas day?

On Christmas day I would like to wear something new. I'm cooking and going for a long walk in the muddy park don't have time to change. Any fab suggestions? I have a Christmas apron in white green and red.

jeans and a nice dressy top where you can just pull on a jumper and wellies boots or leggings with a nice dresy top, again just pull on a jumper and wellies/boots
