you know, for shinyfaced people with uneven skin tones
also what are we doing to stop our eye make up sliding off
don't say don't wear any: you have never met me
I'm wearing a tinted moisturiser with SPF.
Me too. I like the creme de la mer one. It's pricey, but it has lasted ages and works really well.

I'm wearing Laura Mercier tinted moisturiser but tbh, after 5 hours on the school playing field supervising the javelin on sports' day, I was still beetrooty and shiny. Niiiice!

I'm using Avon Magix Face Perfector for my shiny face. It covers the bits that need covering but doesn't look 'caked'. I have swapped to brown eyeliner and brown mascara instead of black for the summer (it doesn't seem to look as bad when it smudges!) Also using a light cream shadow rather than the darker powder shadow that I favour in the winter.
I just mix a little bit of foundation with moisturiser in the palm of my hand and use it like that... el cheapo.

Have you tried this no 7 stuff?. It's quite good, but tbh I don't think there's much that can be done in this weather

I fake tan my face with a Clinique light facial selftan and go bare-faced in this very hot weather.
Despite the blotchiness and inevitable shine I just can't wear anything in this heat. I normally wear BareID Mineral foundation which has great staying power but even that slides off in these sort of temperatures.

another vote here for the benefit some kinda gorgeous .... love it ....
I'm using a sponge to mix my usual foundation and a little tinted moisturiser. I'm finding it evens up my skin tone but with a bit more natural colour than usual.
I've given up on eyeshadow, just eyeliner and lots of mascara for me at the moment

Another vote for Benefit Some Kinda Gorgeous, with the addition of some Dr Feelgood for super-shiny spots
A pot of cheap stuff from Boots that I foundn in the bottom of my make-up drawer. It's 17 I think, and is a mousse base which turns to powder. I look mega shiny dreadful in the heat anyway, so am not sure if it's helping at all. I did have some Estee Lauder double wear last year, and it slid less than some I've tried. As I am a yokel and don't live near any big cities and am on a petrol economy walking/fitness drive though, I've not been able to replace it. The local Boots (no big brands stocked) is my limit at the moment.
That reminds me, I must check whether that protect and perfect stuff is any good, as my wonder product Clarins serum has run out.

I've found thisgood.
It has SPF 15,lasts well and gives good coverage even on my spot-prone, scarred skin.
And it's soooo cheap.
