sunglasses for small faces

After my Gucci sunglasses were left in a service station and when I returned seconds later they had gone lost I have been on a mission to find some new ones.

The ones I had were a classis gucci shape, and fitted my small face. But, upon asking my friends about sunglasses, the general opinion is that my old ones made my squarish face look squarer - is this right? Should I go for a different shape?

So, I am in need of help. I don't mind the cost of the sunglasses, but they need to work for my small face, and squareish face. Can anyone assist me?

Thanks

Not sure about squarish but I'm blessed with an elfin like coupon(oh those were the days) but I had fabby Guess ones that fitted really well, till DH lost them somewhere.
I've never found a pair that were as comfy since and that was about 6 years ago.

I have a small face and love sunglasses but find it SO hard to find any that don't make me look like a child playing with her mums sunnies!

I find that brands like prada, gucci and armani are totally out, they are huge.

Tom Ford Jennifer look biggish on me, but not enormous, so I wear that for a glam look. BUT if you like this style, try this as it is an exact copy.

Raybans are good for smaller faces as they come in different sizes, I got these recently in small and love them, they fit really well.

This is also good for smaller faces, expensive but really good quality.

I tried on some in House of Fraser the other day, they were Fabris Lane and Jigsaw on a stand together and I found the sizes quite good, so those brands might be worth a try.

macherie I love you!

Some great suggestions there, am going to check out monsoon for those, and LOVE those Olivers Peoples sunglasses.

Did not know raybans come in different sizes, so am going to investigate those too, as they look like great allround stylish glasses.

Thanks very much!

Sorry jbck, didn't mean great that you'd lost your sunglasses, it's a horrible feeling when you lose something you love.
