Help for a dress for a 40th Birthday - 23 December 2007

Have a bit of a 'muffin top' and large norks. Saw this in this months 'Eve", they call it the tummy flattener, but do you reckon it will be any good for my norks. Failing that could anybody help me please. Budget as little as possible, will probably need a pair of shoes. I am quite pale skinned, blue eyes, and brown hair.

I think it's lovely,but not sure about the black tights with it.I prefer none or nude .
