baby haircut

my son is nearly four months and desperatly needs his hair cut took him to hair salon and they wouldnt do it started saying loads of nonsense about it not being his proper hair anyway was asking my health visitor what she thought and she said if your babys hair needs cutting then get it cut theres no rule to say otherwise and the hairdresser i went to was probably just scared so im going to go to a different salon and get it tamed !!!

Ds needed a haircut by this age too. (he's 18 mths and has had about 6-7 cuts so far and thats with it growing pretty long in between too).
Anyway at that age, I used to cut it myself while he was asleep - it turned out absolutely fine, I just assumed no hairdresser would touch such a young baby.
