Help - favourite bra is no more

I've lurked on manys an intervention thread, so I was aware my band was getting looser, but when I noticed it riding up my back tonight, I realised the end is no longer high, but now. So I went online to buy the smaller-band-bigger-cup of the only bra I like.. But they don't do it on a 30gg .

I have no idea what to get instead. I've tried other bras over the years but all got relegated to the bag o'misery after half a day. The reasons I love these bras are that they havr

  • soft fabric
  • no scratchy lace
  • no seams
  • full cups
  • no padding or moulding
  • no spots, bumps, embroidery, ridiculous colours or other styling nonsense that either feel weird or show through my clothes
  • doesn't make my boobs weirdly pointy (looking at you other bras in the same range Hmm )

I'm not in the UK so can't head to a bravissimo for help and nothing on figleaves seems to be what I'll be able to wear with any comfort.

Please help!?

Have you looked on John Lewis and Debenhams websites? They both deliver abroad I think? I lived abroad last year and bought a bunch of bras from Debenhams and got them delivered to me abroad. They both do a wide range of brands and sizes.

...just realised your link is from Debenhams, d'oh. Does Wonderbra do your size? The Wonderbra t-shirt bra is similar to that bra - I'm pretty sure I used to have one of those exact bras, and I also used to have a Wonderbra one, they were quite similar.

If you can try the Chantelle Hedona style, it might please. I've worn almost nothing else for a decade. Plain, full cup, smooth, no padding, natural rounded cup shape, invisible under clothing; it's wired though which you don't mention. I am also not sure of the top size; you are a bit better endowed than me.

Thanks Meadow, I'll investigate the wonderbra further, but at first glance on the debenhams site, it looks like the cups are too low for me. But I'll see if they have any in store.

The chantalle looks lovely, Sock, but it looks like they only start at a 32 back. Do you know what the for is like? If it's on the small side it night be worth ordering one to see.

Oh and yes to under wires. I'll have all the under wires available please.

I love those bras as well but I am now a convert to the Fantasie spacer bras. Just as comfortable but a better shape. I get them from Amazon or Ebay. The Rebecca is my favourite

Chantelle sizing is not overgenerous but I am a 32/34 so can manage either. Good luck, buying bras is an awful job until you find the right one. They wash well, in machine, in a lingerie bag, and last too.

Fantasie Rebecca? It claims to be a moulded bra, but it's very soft moulding, not the usual stiff one. Really more like just thick fabric. Tons of bargains on ebay. www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2050601.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.Xfantasie+rebecca+30gg.TRS0&_nkw=fantasie+rebecca+30gg&_sacat=0

I can highly recommend Sainsburys full lace cup bra (sorry can't link). Figured out my size from one of the bra intervention threads. Best ever bra, fits perfectly, bought three at only £6 each. Think they're on sale atm.

And I thought I was 36c but am actually 34e!
