These boots with what?

For an evening out (meal). I'm a wobbly size 16 with huge thighs. I'd prefer trousers I think. Any ideas please?

Black leggings (maybe wet look?) and a nice floaty blouse/top?

Black opaque tights, leather look pencil skirt, silk top.

Noooooo, no leggings. I'd look like a parsnip. Think I could get away with a jumpsuit? Mind you, a pencil skirt might be ok if I could find one to fit ok. What length should I look for?

but if you're not happy with your thighs it might be better to have the slit at the back.
