I blind bought Maybelline Color Sensational Matte Lipstick in Nude Embrace (shade 930) and I'm really pleasantly surprised. Online it looked dull but it's beautifully flattering, a creamy matte with excellent staying power. It's really natural looking yet still gives a burst of colour.

Maybelline Touch of Spice.

Browny pink (looks much more brown on me than on the swatch photos online). Universally flattering and gorgeous creamy formula.

Body shop Beech lip liner is excellent have used it for years. Hope they never discontinue it!

Rimmel used to do a fab lip liner in Tiramisu, not sure if they still do it though.
For lipstick try Superdrug. I got a MUA one for a quid in Fawn Fancy (or Fancy Fawn) and it holds it's own against the higher end brands.
