I saw an advert on telly that intrigued me so I looked at the website. There seems to be a good range of reasonably priced things that appeal to me. I gather they're sort of a plus size specialist.

Anyone used them? What is the general quality of the garments and the customer service like?

I buy lots from them. Sometimes I am surprised and impressed with the clothes, other times I'm not. Mostly I am happy enough. I do find you have to order and try the clothes on, as despite being a plus size specialist, their models certainly don't look it so you don't always get a good idea of how clothes will look from the pictures. I also find that bigger sizes sell out very quickly so you need to check the website often and order quickly if you see something you like. They have a reasonably good selection of footwear - I have very wide feet and can usually find something comfy but stylish that doesn't make me feel like a 90 year old with bunions etc!
Customer service - generally OK. Have rarely had any issues but once, when I ordered an item of furniture that arrived damaged, they were very good -high street stores could have learned a lesson from them. Replacement item ordered and arranged to collect damaged item when replacement was delivered.

It's run by the same company as simply be and they often had the same things in stock, particularly shoes. I've found customer service to be pretty good. They have free returns which is always helpful when ordering from online sources. Do a google search for discount codes because they often have money off your first order

thanks for asking this OP, I've been eyeing up a new winter coat with them. Heartened to hear of free returns.
