Hair removal cream reaction

Hello!
I used a hair removal cream spray on my back a few weeks ago, but I used it twice in the space of 24 hours like an idiot as there were patches that hadn't quite worked.

I had a terrible reaction, probably due to using it twice, and came out in spots all over my entire back.

It has been 3 weeks now, and the spots are still there although definitely starting to fade.

I am getting concerned as I am going to a wedding in 2 weeks that I have bought a dress for, that shows my shoulders and top of back Blush

Can anyone recommend anything that might get rid of the spots a bit faster?

Thanks!

I have reacted to hair removal products in the past, and the reaction has persisted for weeks once the skin has become inflamed.
Is it still an "active" allergic reaction (still raised, itchy etc), or is it red marks left by the reaction? If it's the latter, I don't think there's much you can do. If it's still irritated and itchy, OTC hydrocortisone cream should work a treat. Tesco sells own brand for about £1.50 a small tube, a little goes a long way. Blue and white tube, says insect bite/itch cream on the tube.

Thanks guys!
It is drying up now, so I don't think 'active', just slightly itchy but the pimples/heads have gone down.
Will try the hydrocortisone cream Smile absolutely gutted at the prospect of forking out for a new dress or having a sporty back on show BlushSad
