Best eyeliner for staying put?

I use a Rimmel liquid eyeliner but havnt used it all summer as my eyes have been leaking from hayfever or it's been so hot I've been sweating and the flicks just swear off

So wondering if there are any that are very fine easy to use and stay on? Too much to ask maybe

chanel waterproof eye liner pencil is great -is smooth for applying no drag and excellent colour ..stays put

bobby brown gel liner also great but you need a brush, she does a gel pen as well but I haven't tried it

primark - seriously!
I thought the pen was good until I bought the liquid, both amazing.
I tried the liquid on the back of my hand and had to scrub it off with my nail and soap to get rid of it!

I bought a Japanese one whilst abroad and it's amazing. Usually eyeliners (even the Bobbi Brown gel one) smudge or wear off during a day. This one stays put and black all day. I love it, also their gel eyeliner pen is super for tightlining. Heroine make up

I can't remember who makes it, but mine is called 'tattoo me' and was cheap. But it works really well - sometimes I can get away with a second day without reapplying (I know!)

Maybelline gel liner.
Cheap as chips, includes a brush, lasts all day

I have recently been amazed by an old L'oreal pencil liner I found at the bottom of my makeup box. It has staying power akin to a cockroach in a nuclear blast.

If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes (no pun intended), I'd be eagerly noting down the recs above as well!

Urban Decay eyeshadow primer is a saviour for melting eyeliner! I use this plus pencil or liquid- both stay out now.

mua matte black liquid liner stays put , it was around 3 pounds.

If you want one for waterline and eyes then bourjois do one - a kohl pencil which has been known to last perfectly until the next morning failing that, loreal do a pen and that doesn't shift!

I have always used, for ten years now (!), collection fast stroke eyeliner. It's about £3 but it doesn't budge. Don't buy the waterproof one because that's rubbish. I've tried expensure eyeliners too but nothing beats the cheap one!

MAC Liquidlast liners absolutely do not budge.

They have a fine brush, good range of colours and never ever failed me despite having extremely watery eyes which normally destroy carefully applied flicks!
