Frizzy mess of head of hair!! Please help

I have annoying hair, it's neither curly nor straight yet just dried in a frizzy mess. I've tried curling crepes to let it dry naturally in a wave but they just weigh it down plus it's quite fine so it just looks straggly.

I don't want to keep straightening it everyday as its killing it.

Any ideas? It's just past shoulder length..

Try drying your hair with a rotating brush like Babyliss big hair. Before that, use a leave in conditioner (I love FrizzEase Daily Miracle) and Marrocanoil light on your lengths.
