Necklace for a girl

Hi. I am trying to find a tasteful necklace for a 9 year old who is my DD's best friend and is moving to another country. I don't usually like kids wearing jewellery but it is the best option bearing in mind the family don't want extra stuff for the move and it would be a nice keepsake.

It would be a gift from my DD to her friend, so a little best friends necklace, initial charm, broken heart, locket for a photo... that kind of thing, but tasteful. Budget, not massive, around £25, but hopefully I can get something decent on sale?

Most high street jewellery stores like Ernest Jones, Goldsmiths, H Samuels etc will be in their summer sales now so you could get some bargains. Also notonthehighstreet.com have some lovely things.
