Post BF bra intervention please!

DD has pretty much given up the boob, certainly doesn't feed during the day any more, so time to hang up the greying BF bras and invest in some lovely new ones! Currently wearing 32F, but boobs are a bit deflated, fill the bottom of the cup but not the top, cups have a lot of boob coverage due to the nursing bra style and the back is on the tightest hooks and riding up a bit.
Current measurements are 30 around chest wall, 37 around breasts, so is a 30F right? And where do I look for such a size since no local stores seem to have heard of bra interventions?

30f as a starting point. If you are a bit empty at the top then half cups and proper balxonettes are good. Try bravissimo, brastop, my curves and me, leia, John lewis, Debenhams. And once you have an idea what you are after then amazon often has bargains
