Ooh Footner

After reading on here about Footner results I've been debating whether to go for it. Went into Superdrug today and saw it on sale for £8.49 which I thought was a bargain. At the till they tried to charge £19.99 but eventually conceded that there was a pricing error on the shelf Grin
Can't wait to give it a try over the weekend.

Yes. Did it on Saturday night. Feet felt like parchment for the next couple of days and have just started to peel on the top. I haven't been soaking them as much as I could though. Can't wait for the big layers of skin to come off Grin

Lots of peeling going on now. Shame we've had this sudden heatwave as I can't wear my flip flops or sandals with my skin hanging off!

Definitely soak. I've used it three times over a couple of years. The last time I skipped the soaking and it took a lot longer to finish peeling than usual. Didn't feel like it did as much either although that might be because I've used it couple of times before. Get soaking. 20 mins every night with a bit of encouraging rubbing will do.

Very smooth feet now. Smile

It's good stuff. One of the best products I've discovered via Mumsbet actually.

I did it about 2 weeks ago - my feet get horrendous hard patches on the heel and the ball - they were like cloven hooves Shock

It didn't fucking work.

They peeled, but it was all the bits that I thought weren't too bad that peeled off.
I ended up going to my local nail bar where they literally cut off the skin with a veg peeler/scalpel thing.
I was mortified at the amount she peeled off.
(I used to get a proper peely pedicure every couple of months but have left it this time for about 8 months).

I think my feet may have been too far gone for the footner Sad

How long did you leave it on and how long did you wait Mango? They can't have been that bad if you usually get pedicures.

I left them on for 3 hours and soaked every day. I must have had a bad batch Sad

My feet are awful, which is why I usually get regular veg peeler action on them.
It's 20 years of wearing work boots and a wonky walking gait - I have really bad hard skin pads that need constant vigilance.

I've not had them done since about last July iirc so they were horrendous - I think the footner might be good for home maintenance though maybe.

I have found the best thing ever for hard skin, even better than footner!

I've tried everything, foot files, ped egg, footner etc, but I bought a chiropody sponge last week, it was fantastic.

It doesn't look much but it really works with very little effort.

Amazon sell them for under £2.

Mango How annoying that it didn't work. Glad you've got soft trotters now though. Smile

I saw them for a tenner on Groupon. I'm tempted, but worried about how gross it'll be!

Can I ask a footner question....how long does it take to start peeling after you do it and how long does the peeling last? Also, how long do your feet stay soft? Thanks

Maybe it would be useful to see some pictures of the peeling feet...?
