Work sandals for dress please

I m very bottom heavy, so chunky shoes work best, and I need flats or low heels due to a long term ankle injury and longish walk from where I park to the office. I carry so much with me, i don;t want to be doing the "walking in trainers its shoes to change into" thing,

I also have v broad size 8 feet.

I really like these but would prefer something without rope soles for work.
