Can anyone recommend a 2 in 1 that conditions well? Dd 9 has very dry hair that needs proper conditioning but she swims twice a week so needs a good product for a quick after swim wash.

2in1 isn't that great. Could she shampoo and then use a leave in conditioner?

I am a lazy bones and have been using a spray leave in conditioner (detanglibg type designed for babies) after shampooing. Pleased with results as seems to leave hair less weighed down (though I have naturally greasy hair, not dry like your dd).

If you're in a rush after swimming just rinse and condition. Skip the shampoo.

Dove 2 in 1 is great for my dry, curly hair!

How about a cleansing conditioner? Palmers do one, I get if off amazon

Does she wear s swim cap? When I was swimming most days, I used to condition my dry hair, leave it, pop my swim cap on then use my regular shampoo to wash once out of the pool.
I still condition first, wash second these days and find it works much better for my hair anyway!

Thanks everyone.

We've tried sprays but she's asthmatic and they make her wheeze.

I've not heard of cleansing conditioner, will take a look. Will give the Dove a try too.

She wears a cap for her lessons but not when we go for fun as she hates it!

This should link to one. It's basically massage into wet hair, add a bit more water and it emulsifies then rinse

Thanks! That's a great price too.
