Do you have a link to the dress?

I would say if back go dainty but other options are nude, gold and forest green.

Grey hat, silver bag and shoes or wedgewood blue would be my choice

March is technically spring and it might be a nice day. Id go floral pastel accessories, pretty crram based clutch in a pink toned floral pattern. Cream shoes and wrap? Depending on neckline earrings or necklace in one of the colours, ie not delicate silver/ gold. Dress sounds demure and if it's plain you can really make a statement with the accessories.

I had a similar outfit lined up for a wedding this month.

I was going for dark red/burgundy dress, black high boots, charcoal woollen throw, dark red clutch bag. Wish I'd managed to wear it!

Thanks all. Can't link on iPad, it's a phase 8 (which I normally don't like) dress called textured hearts. I have lovely black suede Autograph sling backs which may wear and may look for wrap.
