what to wear to meet with future employer

I am going in to my new job tomorrow to meet some of my new colleagues, something they arranged. They've told me its dress down Friday and I can wear jeans and a smart top. I'm thinking I will wear smart dark jeans and a black cashmere v neck top - is the top OK or should I be more conservative and do a white blouse of some sort?
