Love this coat ... but where to get one??

To be perfectly honest, I'd rather have a beige one, but black would be fine. Has anyone seen anything like this anywhere? Uniqlo had some last year, but sold out in minutes (Ines de la Fressange range).

They've got them in again this year. They're called Soutien coats. Think there's an I de la F one and their own.
