I've spent thousands over the years with this company, never again, although they have the big brands and labels they don't have the customer service to back it up!
I bought a bag that fell apart after 10 days use whilst on holidays, but I can't return it as their policy is 14 days return but it was day 15 when I was back from hols. I'm emailed them time and time again to say I need to return it, I've sent photos to show how it is broken and nothing!!! Finally after about a month they responded after I bombarded their FB, twitter with messages and they refuse to give me my money back. 90 quid wasted. The bag was not fit for purpose but they refuse to engage with me, so rather then refund me they'd rather lose my custom completely.
