Bra Intervention

Finally got fed up with having about 20 bras and only 2 of them bloody fit., Measured myself according too instructions and I am 39in under boob and 45in round boob. So I think this puts me at 38E but I could be wrong. Only 2 bras that really fit are both 36D by tesco and I understand I can go down a band width but both in the D cup are balconette style and I cant bloody figure out how I can go down a cup size. If I use a full cup I have loads up top but the bottom part of the cup is empty(I do scoop). Willing to buy some new ones but we are skint at the moment . Thanks for the help.

How are the 36D fitting? As in band and cup?

Band is too big as I can pull them out by a good few inches and the cup is giving me 4 boobs at the top but not full at the bottom. Also I think it doesn't help they are so wide apart. I know I sound picky but I would love to find others that fit or I am stuck with Tesco bloody bras that still aren't great. Thanks

Band being too big could be you need to go down a size or they're stretched out depending on how old they are
Balconette styles are going to be best... Look for cups that are open on top (as opposed to anything with ribbon threading etc)
Bra stop have some offers on usually, you could try curvy Kate which should work for you. I have the Arizona which is good or the flirtelle padded styles work on me (I'm top heavy too)
Make sure you scoop everything in. I would be tempted to try a 36DD and a 34E, possibly a 34F

Amazon also good. Just type bra and your size in and have a look!
By ribbon I mean something like this... I have this bra and quad boob in it (I ended up cutting the ribbon out)

I know it's smaller than your measurements but if the 36 band is loose then it wouldn't make sense to go bigger
I wear a smaller band (measure 36, wear 32)
