Bertie tan lace up boots where to re heel?

SIL has a pair of Bertie tan lace up boots which apparently need building up in heel area.

She lives in Hackney. Wants to know most cost effective place to get this done? And has asked me to do this for her as she is short on time.

We have a Timpsons opening soon in Crystal Palace Sainsburys, any other options for shoe repair? Price over quality?
