I knew I wasn't a 32H I'm a 34 GG & it's cutting me in two

So now I have a worn once Genevieve in 32H

So frustrating but my own fault for not being firmerHmm

That's unusual for Bravissimo - normally if they've fitted you and it's wrong they will happily replace. Have you tried their main customer service line?

If they still won't budge (unusual) then you could get an extender which would basically make it in to a 34GG.

It wasn't my branch & the other lady (at my branch) said because it had been washed....

It's not that big a deal but I hate waste (& I probably wouldn't wear it with an extender)

Maybe I can sell it......Just feel a bit daft really

I was going to suggest an extender. Might aswell wear it! You may also lose weight at some point so it might be worth keeping it. I am always gaining and losing weight. Plays havock with sizes and its why i have so many!!!

I think it has to be in a resalable state to return to a shop. If it has been worn and washed they can't sell it as new.

I've heard that people have had success selling bras on ebay.

A somewhat dishonest (but justified given they mis-sold IMO) solution would be to return as faulty. Do you own a seam-ripper Wink? They would then exchange for a new one. As this has the tags, you could then return to a different branch for an exchangeGrin

Does anyone have a link to where to buy a 3 hook extender online?

I would write to them and complain. They get a lot of friendly publicity on MN, if they haven't fitted you correctly it should not be your fault. It's a bra, not an instrument of torture Wink

I deeply dislike unkind/unhelpful/snooty salespeople, so please send in your feedback.

I wouldn't take no for an answer personally. I would email head office/ customer service and take it from there.

It doesn't matter that it's been washed. If they fitted it, and the fitting is wrong...honestly contact their customer services and explain. This is part of the reason Bravissimo branches take postcode etc - they will be able to look it up on the system and see that they fitted you for this bra. The assistant in your local store was wrong.

Re the extender - bras stretch pretty fast so you might well find that if you wear it a couple of times with the extender it'll have loosened off enough to wear normally.

I returned one ,which had been washedwashed, as they fitted me incorrectly. They refunded it without batting an eyelid. I would email them and complain

I've had this before, bravissimo insisting on smaller band, it was even painful in the shop.
I only buy via mail order now so I can try from the comfort of my own home.
I would mail head office and say you were fitted wit a bra to uncomfortable to wear. I would expect an exchange as a minimum.
They really need to tackle the I know best attitude of some of their staff.
Good luck Katy

I wish I knew they refunded for fitting incorrectly. I went there and didn't realise that the smallest cup size was a D and surprise suprise they sold me 2 bras that were a D. They were too big and now £70-odd quids worth of bra sit in my drawer. Worn and washed once each.

Was gutted as I was recommended to go there as they fit you properly and went and spent all of my birthday present money on the only expensive bras I've ever owned. And I can't even wear them.

the sell extenders on amazon. They are very cheap. They do 2 hooks and 3 hooks.

I was once fitted there and then became increasingly uncomfortable as the day went on. Took it back (worn for several hours on a hot day so really not re sellable) and they apologised loads and spent ages re fitting me. I'd try again for a refund - might just be the person you spoke to.

Katy interesting. I have had the opposite - being told a bra that was clearly slightly loose compared to usual was correct. Walked put with a frumpy mono boob. Sad
It was a size bigger than the other ones that fitted too. Odd. I think the fitter thought it was meant to look like that.
I tend to go online and return poor fits by post too.

...and I'm not small (F or G ... They suggested GG).

I am a 36dd or very occasionally a 34, measure 35 and a bit.

Bravissimo I am definitely not a 34ff, which when I actually checked was a 36g!!!
