our high street superdrug is now a savers- I've never been to one before. I was pleasantly surprised at how much cheaper it is than superdrug. I also picked up a small hand bag size tube of elizabeth Arden 8hr cream for £3.99!
Anything else I should pick up?

perfumes are generally pretty cheap in savers, things like vera wang princess is generally around the £20 mark. shampoos and conditioners can often be cheaper, household cleaning products, toilet paper, washing powder, some of them also sell some limited wines, beers and spirits now.

They have a different group of offers every week that the girls have to tell you about at the till. Depends on the time of year but more often than not it includes a perfume. And the deals in the run up to Xmas are usually really good (insider knowledge). If you can avoid getting your pressies a long time before Xmas then there's real bargains to be had starting around the middle of November.
I get all my toiletries and household stuff from there now, much cheaper than the supermarket and normally better value than the pound shops for the size of products.
