Which season do you think Karren Brady looks like?

This is one for the colour/season experts out there!

I'm not able to get my colours done myself, but have been thinking of which celebrity I share very similar colouring/hair with, and I think the closest match is Karren Brady.

What season would you place her in?

From memory, I've seen her in black and it didn't suit her, so that rules out winter and deep autumn (I think).

What colour are her eyes?

I've Google-imaged her Smile
I'm going to take a guess at either:
Warm autumn**
Soft autumn
Soft summer

Looking at her pics I would say she is a soft season (low contrast) but isnt as warm coloured as she thinks. She often wears peachy orange lippy which looks terrible and her hair seems too orange for her skin. My favourite pics of her are when she is in grey, slate and navy so I am going to say Summer.

Thanks so much.

I agree that black doesn't suit her, and that orange tones don't work. I'm at a crossroads with my hair at the moment, as it is a mid-blonde-brown colour, and I'm unsure whether to lighten it up, or go darker, but I fear brassiness.

It's not as though I'm a massive Karren Brady fan or anything, just that I think I have a similar complexion. Although now I have noticed that she has very brown eyes, whereas mine are a dull blue grey, so perhaps it's not such a great match!

Low contrast seems right. Would be interested in any other colours that you think would be particularly good for her/me - as I tend to play things very safe and stick to greys and navys myself.

Have a look on pinterest for soft autumn and soft summer pallettes - that might give you some ideas.
