What to wear with trainers/converse?

I'm normally a boots over skinny jeans kinda gal but recently we've started walking the school run with ds (2) going 90 miles an hour on his scooter. So I'm going to need to invest in some sensible footwear! What sort of comfy shoes still look feminine and what trousers would you wear them with? Thanks so much

I wear skinny jeans and converse. Fine for school run

I wear Converse and skinnies a lot. Not sure it's necessarily feminine but I like it.

I am currently rocking laceless converse (they have a bit of elastic to keep them on your feet) with skinny jeans - feel fabulous :)
