An impossible challenge: dress me!

I am hopeless at style and need some help with wedding clothes for the end of this month.
Here is a breakdown of what I need:

Formal outfit
I'm a short, stumpy size 22, smaller on top
Wedding is in the North, it might well be snowing so must be reasonably warm
I'm very pale with dark hair, and like brightish colours, my favourites would be deep greens and also shades of pink/red seem to suit me
I'm in my late 20's and would like to avoid looking frumpy (if at all possible!)
Style wise I guess I would say I'm a bit quirky, I like colours, prints, ethnic designs
I'm not flush at the moment (student) so can't stretch to more than £100-ish although if it includes some classic pieces (ie blazer/jacket) that can be used in multiple outfits I can stretch to more

Is this an impossible task? I really hope someone can rise to this challenge!

Have you looked at Dressipi? You put in all your measurements, colouring, favourite colours etc and they make suggestions based on occasion etc. I think it is pretty good.

I like Floral,size: this but if you are smaller on top than down below, maybe a skirt and top would be better? Do you normally fit dresses?

Oooh I like all of those dresses guys! margarita, have had a look at dressippi and like the idea behind it but unfortunately it keeps recommending dresses that don't come in my size

merry dress suggestion is great and I can just about get away with wearing a dress, size wise. I will be wearing a sucky-in body and maybe balancing myself with some bra inserts. I do really like the idea of wearing skirt, top and blazer? It's just putting it all together that is tricky for me! Skinny trousers look horrendous on me...and I fall over in heels!
Mistress another nice dress. In terms of sleeves, I would probably need to cover my arms up, was thinking of wearing a bolero or similar?

This is nice from slug's site suggestion red dress. It's got a nice wintry feel but not so much so that you couldn't wear it at other times.

I think it needs something quite structured on top, personally, like this. I think you'd do better in a short jacket like this, nipped in at the waist to give you more waist.
