My ancient ghds are dying and keep switching off as I am using them. Does anyone have any recommendations for new ones? I love ghd but is there anything better out there? Thanks

I love my L'oreal steampod much better than my GHD's now

I agree....the steam pod is great, although it is a bit bulky.

My hairdresser also replaces her ghd's every 12 months, I bought a pair off her for £40 for things like holidays etc (can you tell I've got mad curly hair!!)

Love my GHD Eclipse.

My hairdresser uses either those or a steam pod and results are much the same on my extremely thick, frizz prone hair.

I got the eclipse and to be honest I prefer my cheapo Babyliss, in fact I may as well flog 'em cause I've only used them twice.

I just bought these Remington 230 Ceramic Straighteners, sorry can't link on Kindle. They are amazing. I have been straightening my hair for 20 years and they are the best I ever had and a great price.

My hair is past shoulder length, very wild and thick. They really smooth it an take the bulk out. Takes no time at all.
