Interview outfit needed, any suggestions?

I've been asked to interview for a job in a couple of weeks time. I'm still on maternity leave at the minute, so I need a kick arse outfit to try and remind myself that I can do it!

It's for a fairly senior commsy/HRish role, so need to look professional.

I'm 31, I don't suit suits (no shoulders to speak of), and am pear shaped (10 on top, 12 on the hips), and 5ft8.

Budget £150, which won't buy me anything super fancy, I know!

Can anyone help? I'm thinking a decent dress might do it, rather than buy separates?

I just got THIS in the run up for interviews.
Can also wear a jacket with it.
