Horrifying

I've used sunscreen every single day for around 25 years after having treatment for facial eczema and was told during treatment to keep the sun off my face.

I still have slight pigmentation which shows up slightly during the summer even though I use SPF 40 under make up.

It's really important to start young because a friend of mine was told by a dermo that the ulcer/ growth on her nose was most likely from sun exposure 30 years ago when she worked overseas.

I put my face under a uv light about 6 yrs ago and it was really bad. A childhood growing up in the southern hemisphere and our harsh summers has done it. I found it fascinating to see what the sunblock actually did. Now I'm more careful but the damage is done. I even have a freckles on my eyeball that is not visible but needs to be monitored
