Looking for some comfy weekend winterproof shoes for my 5yo DD

Everything in the shops seems to be either canvas, pumps with a lot of open foot (not practical for wet weather). Can anyone help? We have some winter boots, but looking for some comfortable, practical shoes that don't cost the earth.

Have you tried the Startrite outlet? Got a few good pairs for my DD from there and they sometimes do free delivery too.

M & S kids shoes are ok and a bit cheaper than Clark's if your DD has whole sizes and easy to fit feet!
