Suggestions please, winter coat

Looking to replace my Boden Rainy Day MAc but they no longer have the fleecy lining (despite product description) I need a coat that is thigh length (covers bottom) and is warm and a bit water proof. Not too keen in puffy things as make me look faster am only 5ft 4
Hoping Mumsnet can help me out, having a decent coat for waiting round in draughty playgrounds on the school run is vital.

The didriksons coats on Viking kids (I know it's says Viking kids but there is ladies too ) website look good. They are really good weather proof coat, various different styles.
