Clothes for frequent unplanned hospital stays?

I'm at a bit of a loss. Ds has asthma and we're on our 6th admission this year. I have a go bag with knickers/toothpaste in it but haven't managed to put clothes in there as I don't own much after a massive rescent clothing cull.

So I'm thinking something new. I need comfy, easy to sleep in, a couple of changes as DS always spews on me and nothing too tight. I'm about a size 12 and a real hour glass with a tummy.

Only ordering online as I'm in Aus.

Any good ideas?

I'm sitting in hospital with him right now covered in spew and, stupidly, without a change of clothes. I don't want to do this again!!

You have my sympathies, this used to happen to me with ds1 when he was little. Every time he caught the tiniest sniffle we would end up on the asthma ward. If it's any consolation, he's a teenager now and hasn't been hospitalised for asthma since he was 8 or 9. He's always at the gym and is on the school rugby team!

Clothes wise, what about some jersey dresses, gap do some good ones, or loose yoga pants type trousers and tops - white company or hush do that kind of thing well. I would always have a magazine and a decent bar of chocolate in my bag too.

Good luck, hope you are both home soon Smile

I would he a couple of 3 piece pj sets. Ones that have a plain pair of bottoms and a jumper or jacket to go with it.

I'm not exactly a fashionista but this is always my go to for hospital admissions.

I'm in and out quite a lot at the moment. I take yoga pants and slouchy jumpers/t shirts.
