Linea sizing - help needed please as a about to order

Just about to order a Linea top via House of Fraser website, don't have time to get to a store to try on. I'm a 12 - 14. Sizings on website are S, M, L etc . Not sure if I'd be medium or large - anyone buy stuff from there regularly to advise? Otherwise will order both but don't really want to have to do returns unnecessarily. Thanks

I would get a medium. Large would be more like a 16 or 18.
