Fatcanklers! Ladies, how do you stretch leather boots to fit your ginormous legs?

i'm trademarking 'fatcanklers' by the way.

i'm sitting here wearing leather boots with leather stretching spray on them.

is this even going to work or do i have to buy a boot stretcher for £££££

what's the solution? (apart from having smaller legs).

I can give you hope!

I bought a pair of really tight boots from jones, was so hard to zip them up, had to sit in a certain position with my toes pointed.

No spray used here and they have stretched and are fine now.

they are currently zipped all the way up and i'm managed to do some laundry with them on so far so good.
would be nice to be able to get some tights or jeans inside the fuckers though.

stretch muthaf**az, stretch!

I have the added problem of having short legs as well as'fatcanklers' and so buying boots (at a reasonable price) is a PITA!
I'm also hoping someone comes on here with a fab cheap answer to stretching boots cos I'm not ready to give up wearing them yet!
When I pass anyone with their jeans tucked into their boots I just think how is that possible.......

I order from Duo Boots online, which are made to measure to fit you calf and ankle size. Quality is great too.

I wore mine over a pair of skinny jeans and they have stretched a little.

There are companies that will make boots to measure, I bought a pair but they were still really, really tight. Was too busy to complain but a year later I had lost enough weight and trimmed up my calves through exercise for them to fit Smile but wouldn't recommend that method.

Pee in them then stuff them with a log.

i will piss in my boots if they don't stretch, might be the only use for them.

Put Bags filled with water in your boots (preferably a few freezer bags that you can zip up) and out it in the freezer. Water expands when it freezes and therefore the boots will stretch. Do it for 12-24 h and see what happened. I do it all the time with my normal shoes.
