Obsessed with the shoes in the Isabella Oliver 365 catalogue

This sounds so ridiculous, but I have become obsessed with the shoes in this catalogue, especially the two-tone neutral platforms (and the tan boots, and the animal print flats). Does anyone know where they are from? I actually called the Isabella Oliver company, who said the platforms were 'the models own'. it's a long shot, but if anyone knows where they are from, or any like them, it would put me out of my misery.
