Teva grippy boots

In the Times travel section yesterday Teva Forge Pro Winter Mid boots were recommended as being excellent for 'making walking on ice feel like walking on sandpaper'. They are £120.

As someone who turns into a complete wimp at the first sign of any ice these seem such a good idea.

Has anyone tried them?

I have a pair of Teva boots and they are very comfortable. In the snow I just put these on my boots and they will keep you safe from slipping over.
